It's been a while...

Well I finally got up the creativity to make a new one. I used a new smudging technique that I just learned. Sometimes it's good to take long breaks.

Darth Vader (I am puppetmaster!)

I made this for the admin account for a gaming clans forum. We like to use the name puppetmaster for all adminning activities.

WW2 and Half Life 2

This one was almost completely experiment. I found a some interesting things to do to the effects I had already put in. And I like the result.


I've really been liking the look of a pure white background lately. So that's what I went with in this one because the render was very light on the edges.

Half Life

I've been playing half life 2 recently, so that's what inspired this graphic. It was a simple design, but it worked well, and I don't feel like it needs anything more.

Superman!

I'm very very happy with how this turned out. The guy wanted a signature that resembled a comic book panel, with something from the DC comics universe. I was looking at different comic's from Superman, and came across this render. I had to cut it out myself, and the original didn't have that long of a cape, so I copied and pasted several times to get a longer cape. The background is a panel from a superman comic book, so that turned out rather well. There's only one splatter brush in this one. It's rather difficult to pick out, but hey, since when is that a bad thing? I also added some bubbles over the top, and was really happy with how they turned out after I had desaturated them and changed the layer mode. I also added a bit of a white glow around superman to blend him in with the background. I used a star wars font for the text, and it actually fit.
